Summer Hours
Between Memorial and Labor Day, our staff is encouraged to work a 4½-day work week so that each team member can enjoy additional time with his or her family and friends.
Training Opportunities
Bursich encourages cross-training and supports an atmosphere of continuous learning. We have an extensive list of technical training classes, which are taught by our professional staff of Engineers, Surveyors, and Landscape Architects.
Our Leadership Development Series includes workshops with Senior Management and consultants. This series covers everything from project management to communication skills and is designed to enhance each manager's professional maturity as a business leader.
