Bai is a 35 year old consulting, engineering, and land surveying firm located in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The company was founded in 1972 by Ed Bursich and Jack Serdy. Over the years, the firm moved from Phoenixville to Downingtown to the Pottstown area where our headquarters has been located for the past 20 years. Our Leesport, Berks County office opened in 2002, and in July 2006, we acquired EDM Consultants, Inc., water, wastewater and municipal engineering specialists. We have grown steadily throughout the years. We have the capabilities, flexibility, and desire to continue growth via additional offices and increased staff at our current locations.

Our staff includes sixteen Professional Engineers, two Registered Landscape Architects, and four Professional Land Surveyors who are registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In addition, we have CAD Designers, Field Surveyors, Construction Inspectors, and Code Enforcement Officers. Numerous members of our staff serve on local boards, planning commissions, and sewer authorities. We note that President, Scott A. Exley, P.E. serves as a Vice Chairman of the Montgomery County Planning Commission.
