Scott Exley, PE President

Scott Exley has over 20 years of experience. He has managed projects for both private and public clients. For the last six years, Scott filled the critical role of Director of Government Services and Chief Administrative Officer for Bai. In this role, he was responsible for establishing and expanding the firm's Government Related Projects. Scott has served as President of Bursich Associates since January 1, 2007. Scott's memberships include: Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers, American Society of Civil Engineers, Montgomery County Jury of View, and the Vice Chair for the Montgomery County Planning Commission.

Dane K. Moyer, PLS Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Dane Moyer has nearly 20 years of experience in the Land Survey Field, including 13 years with Bursich Associates. Prior to his tenure at Bai, he was with the STV Group. Dane has filled many valuable roles at Bai from Project Manager, Director of Land Survey, and now Chief Operating Officer. His project experience as a manager and director is expansive. In his current role, Dane is focused on Quality Control and Project Delivery for the firm's three divisions.

David S. Weissman, PLS Vice President and Director of Business Development

David Weissman has 35 years of experience in the Land Survey Field. He has filled numerous roles over the years from rodman to Director of Land Survey. David has been the Vice President of Business Development for Bai since 2001. Prior to joining Bai, he spent many years with Pennoni Associates. In his current role, David is responsible for all aspects of Sales, Marketing, and Client Relations. David has the following Professional Affiliations: Chair of the Board of Directors for the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy, Chester-Delaware and Berks HBAs, Society of Military Engineers (SAME), Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors, and the American Congress of Surveying and Mapping.

Nicholas E. Feola, PE Director of Land Development

Nick Feola has over 18 years of experience in the management, direction, design, evaluation, client representation, and public presentation of projects in various disciplines of civil engineering. Nick has been with Bai for over seven years. In his current role, he is responsible for the Land Development Engineering and Client Satisfaction for both private residential and commercial projects. Nick is a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and the Land Development Committee for Limerick Township's Process Improvements.

Stanley J. Endlich, PE Director of Government Services

Stan Endlich has over 40 years of experience. His areas of expertise include all aspects of water and wastewater treatment. Stan has an extensive list of projects that he has designed and managed. Stan was the co-founder and President of EDM Consultants for 20 years prior to joining Bai in July of 2006. In his current role, Stan leads a staff of 26 in the Bai Government Services Group. He is responsible for all areas of public design and review projects. Stan's memberships include: American Water Works Association, American Society of Civil Engineers, American Public Works Association, Water Environment Federation, Tau Beta Pi, Chi Epsilon, National Society of Professional Engineers, Pa Water Environmental Association and the Montgomery Township Planning Commission.

Nicholas A. Duchan, PLS Director of Land Surveying

Nick Duchan has over 14 years of experience in the Land Survey Field. His experience includes all phases of surveying, including GPS and Aerial Mapping. Nick has been with Bai for over 9 years. As the Director of Land Surveying, he is responsible for the growth and maintenance of the survey department, project management, and client expansion. Nick is the Reading Chapter Director for the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors.
