Bursich Associates Services Overview | Government Services | Land Development | Land Surveying

Our Land Surveying Division provides boundary and topographic surveys and construction stakeout services for various sized projects from residential lots to commercial, shopping center and industrial sites.  Surveys are typically provided for subdivisions, commercial, sanitary sewer, roadway design, drainage facility, sanitary landfill, industrial facility and wastewater treatment plant design as well as bridge and dam investigations.  Our surveyors are experienced in the use of the latest techniques in surveying instruments available. Electronic distance measuring equipment as well as Global Position System (GPS) technology is part of our daily routine. The use of electronic data collectors with direct connection to our computer system enhances our services.  Aerial photographic mapping and field survey mapping are also utilized when these techniques are the most cost effective.

Construction stakeout is expedited and timelines are shortened by utilizing a mathematical computer model of each project. Coordinate geometry is uploaded into data collectors prior to going to the job site. Our mobile communications system enables us to have 2-way direct connect with the field to respond to client changes. This gives us the flexibility to transmit voice mail data for changes in work assignments or provide additional data to help expedite completion of the work.
