President

Scott Exley has more than 20 years of experience, during which he managed projects for private and public clients. For several years, Scott filled the critical role of Director of Government Services and Chief Administrative Officer for Bursich. In that role, he was responsible for establishing and expanding the firm's government-related projects. Scott has served as President of Bursich Associates since January 1, 2007. His memberships include: Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers, American Society of Civil Engineers, Montgomery County Jury of View, and the Montgomery County Planning Commission, where he serves as Vice Chairman.

Dane K. Moyer, P.L.S.

Vice President of Surveying

Dane Moyer came to Bursich Associates in March 1994 as a survey instrument technician and rose through the ranks as director of the Surveying Division and eventually Vice President of Operations. He has more than 20 years of industry experience, including surveying, project management, and operations management. Dane has been involved in all phases of the Surveying Division, including the support of residential and commercial land development projects. His professional associations include Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors, Friends of Lou (Board of Directors), and American Society of Civil Engineers.
