Bursich has been involved in the design and operation of wastewater systems, Act 537 Plan preparation, feasibility studies, as well as civil engineering projects. These services have included full-scale pilot programs, establishing the basis of design, preliminary and final design, assistance with bidding, contract administration, contract observation, final inspection, and operations assistance.
