Bai is a full service consulting civil and environmental engineering firm. The corporate headquarters is located in Pottstown, Pennsylvania with regional offices strategically situated in Lansdale, Southampton, and Leesport to serve clients in southeastern Pennsylvania.

Founded in 1972, Bai has provided engineering and land surveying services to public, private, residential and commercial clients from conceptual design through completion for projects of various size and magnitude. Bai has grown steadily and now has a staff of approximately 90 employees throughout four offices serving government agencies as well as the private sector.

Our staff, throughout their engineering and surveying careers, has developed extensive experience working with government agencies on highway and bridge design/construction. Bai has essential experience in the areas of public civil project management and is experienced with public agency requirements such as the preparation of erosion and sedimentation and traffic control plans, right-of-way and utility coordination, and PaDEP permitting.
